Chad is a native of Sacramento, Ca. and a father to three amazing and talented children. During service to his nation, Chad returned to school, earning a degree in Computer Applications and Networks from Coleman College, San Diego, Calif. In 2001, he returned to Sacramento to pursue a career in IT consulting.

Jeff Lilly is the Director of Governmental Affairs for RCR Technology Corporation, Inc., and is responsible for governmental relations, key account management and business development activities for RCR across the United States and Canada.  RCR is one of the largest minority-owned application development and systems integrators in the Midwest. With an extensive background in government technology, public policy and public program analysis, Lilly created a client base consisting of nearly a dozen agencies within the State of Indiana. In addition to his extensive work at the state level, Lilly has represented the interests of over 20 units of local government across Indiana and Illinois. He has also performed detailed program evaluations for the States of Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin. In addition to his government experience, Mr. Lilly has also given extensive support to legislative and executive branch advocacy efforts by providing economic impact and fiscal impact analyses to bolster those efforts. Mr. Lilly has presented his findings to numerous legislative, executive and judicial bodies and has impartially worked hand-in-hand with trade associations and advocacy groups to provide quantitative and verifiable data on the impacts of desired changes in legislation or programmatic policy.

For nearly five years, Mr. Lilly worked for a large professional services company, where he assisted in building a successful public sector management consulting practice, focusing on state and local government fiscal and programmatic analyses. In addition to these practice areas, Mr. Lilly has extensive experience in economic development, rural affairs and the economic impacts of gaming on local communities.  A native of Shelbyville, Illinois, Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts degree in American Government from Millikin University and his Master of Public Affairs in Public Finance from Indiana University – Bloomington. He is a board member of numerous organizations, including the Brain Injury Association of Indiana and the Antelope Club.

William Sanders is Public Cloud Director for Oracle Public Sector. He has an extensive background in State government, serving for 4 years as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Kansas Governor, and 4 years as the Kansas Labor Agency CIO, Operations Chief, and UI Program Director. William spent the past 14 years as a private sector technology project executive and business solution specialist focused on statewide program modernization, implementing both rapid application development and big bang project methodologies. Now he focuses on helping government agencies modernize through cloud infrastructure and platform as a service strategies.

Blaine Raddon is the Director, Worldwide Partner Development for HPE Servers.  He is part of the World Wide Partner Server organization and is responsible for driving the design, development, and deployment of HPE’s global partner sales enablement efforts.  Blaine works for HoJin Kim, who is responsible for the HPE Server Channels overall.  HoJin’s organization is responsible for development of the HPE Server strategy to build a sustainable competitive advantage for both HPE and its channel partners.  HoJin’s team is also focused on partner enablement to ensure that HPE’s partners have the capabilities to sell HPE Servers’ entire portfolio.  Blaine’s emphasis is sales and segmentation, with a focus on Enterprise and SMB, Programs and Enablement.

Blaine has been an IT sales and channel professional for more than 28 years.  His career in the IT industry has included selling hardware, software and services through all aspects of the IT channel and direct.

Prior to joining HPE, Blaine was with Acronis Software as General Manager for the Americas.  Prior to Acronis, Blaine spent five years at Juniper Networks, where he was Vice President, Americas Commercial and Partner Sales, responsible for the overall enablement of the Americas partner community as well being the sales leader for the Americas SMB sales organization.  Before Juniper, Blaine held executive leadership roles in sales and channels at IBM for over 20 years.  Blaine also served 7 years in the US Army.

Blaine has an MBA from Pepperdine University with an undergraduate degree  from the University of Utah in Marketing and lives in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Shari Phillips is the founder and President of e2e Exchange, LLC (formerly known as E-Rate Exchange). George brings over 25 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with over 20 years in Sales Management to his role as Regional Vice President of Sales for ePlus Technology.  George joined ePlus in May 2004 with ePlus’ acquisition of Manchester Technologies, where he was Director of Sales. Prior to Manchester, he served as Area Director for Elcom Intl.

George has served on several Advisory Boards in the past such as Comptia, Samsung, NEC, 3COM, Hewlett Packard and Lenovo and is also a former Member of the International Who’s Who of Information Technology. George is a current member of the Advisory Board for the Channel Company.

David Logsdon is the senior director of public advocacy for CompTIA. In this role, he runs the association's New and Emerging Technologies Committee focused on the policy surrounding social, mobile, big data/data analytics, cloud, the Internet of Things, and smart cities. He was also the staff lead for CompTIA's federally focused technology convergence commission, which examined the impact on the public sector when social, mobile, analytics and cloud converge. Logsdon holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Delaware in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree from George Washington University.

Dr. Renata Rawlings-Goss is the co-Executive Director of the South Big Data Regional Innovation Hub, which supports universities, industry and government in creating productive partnerships around big data, data science and the Internet of Things. One of only four federally funded Big Data Hubs in the nation, the South Hub services Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Texas.

Before joining the Hub, Rawlings-Goss was with the National Science Foundation in the directorate of Computer and Information Science and Engineering (CISE-OAD) working on the Big Data research program, as well as Big Data policies and priority goals for the foundation. She worked with the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy to create the National Data Science Organizers Group, which facilitates data science groups to address national Grand Challenge problems. She sat on the NITRD interagency Big Data Senior Steering group charged with strategic planning for Big Data research funded by the federal government. Dr. Rawlings-Goss is a biophysicist where her research interests include data-driven analysis of genetic/expression variation among worldwide human populations.
 

Alain Louchez is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of the Center for the Development and Application of Internet of Things Technologies (CDAIT pronounced sedate), at the Georgia Institute of Technology. CDAIT’s purpose is to expand and promote the Internet of Things (IoT)’s huge potential and transformational capabilities through research, education and industry outreach. In December 2015, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), a specialized agency of the United Nations, and Georgia Tech announced an agreement (MoU) to be implemented by ITU’s SG 20 and CDAIT whose goal is to monitor global Internet of Things activities. Prior to joining Georgia Tech, Alain held various executive positions including member of the board of directors of leading companies in the high tech industry, in Europe and the United States.

Mallie Preston oversees the overall sales segment execution across AT&T’s largest global enterprise customers to realize their connected product vision in the IoT/M2M market space through a combination of consulting, design and implementation resources that provides a true end-to-end solution. AT&T IoT Solutioning is done in the context of a "best of breed" ecosystem approach to assemble the right hardware & software elements pared with AT&T’s world class wireless/wired IP infrastructure that meet our customers’ business needs, enabling critical remote service and business intelligence via Big Data analytics.

Serge Leontiev is part of NAS Public Sector FMW AEG Specialists team (Fusion Middleware Advanced Engineering Group).  He is a Mobile and IoT Champion in Public Sector. Leontiev has been with Oracle for 5 years, and prior, was working as an IT Consultant and Software Architect for various Govement agencies. He has 20+ years of IT experience and is passionate about Mobile and IoT.
 

Emily Schultz leads B2B marketing for the Verizon Wireless Business Group.  She specializes in bringing innovative wireless technology to market for Verizon’s large business and enterprise accounts.   Ms. Schultz has a  decade of Wireless sales and marketing experience supporting both indirect and direct sales channels.  She has helped build and launch numerous programs at Verizon from the ground up, including Verizon’s award-winning Partner Program.   Ms. Schultz is dedicated to driving IoT thought leadership and finding innovative ways to communicate the latest wireless and IoT solutions for Verizon Wireless.
