Chad is a native of Sacramento, Ca. and a father to three amazing and talented children. He joined the Marine Corps in 1995, serving around the world as part the Marine Corps Marine Expeditionary Forces. During service to his nation, Chad returned to school, earning a degree in Computer Applications and Networks from Coleman College, San Diego, Calif. In 2001, he returned to Sacramento to pursue a career in IT consulting.

Director of Governmental Affairs, RCR Technology CorporationJeff Lilly is the Director of Governmental Affairs for RCR Technology Corporation, Inc., and is responsible for governmental relations, key account management and business development activities for RCR across the United States and Canada. RCR is one of the largest minority-owned application development and systems integrators in the Midwest. With an extensive background in government technology, public policy and public program analysis, Lilly created a client base consisting of nearly a dozen agencies within the State of Indiana. In addition to his extensive work at the state level, Lilly has represented the interests of over 20 units of local government across Indiana and Illinois. He has also performed detailed program evaluations for the States of Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin. In addition to his government experience, Mr. Lilly has also given extensive support to legislative and executive branch advocacy efforts by providing economic impact and fiscal impact analyses to bolster those efforts. Mr. Lilly has presented his findings to numerous legislative, executive and judicial bodies and has impartially worked hand-in-hand with trade associations and advocacy groups to provide quantitative and verifiable data on the impacts of desired changes in legislation or programmatic policy.
For nearly five years, Mr. Lilly worked for a large professional services company, where he assisted in building a successful public sector management consulting practice, focusing on state and local government fiscal and programmatic analyses. In addition to these practice areas, Mr. Lilly has extensive experience in economic development, rural affairs and the economic impacts of gaming on local communities. A native of Shelbyville, Illinois, Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts degree in American Government from Millikin University and his Master of Public Affairs in Public Finance from Indiana University – Bloomington. He is a board member of numerous organizations, including the Brain Injury Association of Indiana and the Antelope Club.
David Logsdon
Senior Director, Public Policy, CompTIADavid Logsdon is the senior director of public advocacy for CompTIA. In this role, he runs the association's New and Emerging Technologies Committee focused on the policy surrounding social, mobile, big data/data analytics, cloud, the Internet of Things, and smart cities. He was also the staff lead for CompTIA's federally focused technology convergence commission, which examined the impact on the public sector when social, mobile, analytics and cloud converge. Prior to Acronis, Blaine spent five years at Juniper Networks, where he was Vice President, Americas Commercial and Partner Sales, responsible for the overall enablement of the Americas partner community as well being the sales leader for the Americas SMB sales organization. Before Juniper, Blaine held executive leadership roles in sales and channels at IBM for over 20 years. Blaine also served 7 years in the US Army.

Co-Executive Director, South Big Data Regional Innovation Hub, Georgia TechDr. Renata Rawlings-Goss is the co-Executive Director of the South Big Data Regional Innovation Hub, which supports universities, industry and government in creating productive partnerships around big data, data science and the Internet of Things. One of only four federally funded Big Data Hubs in the nation, the South Hub services Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Texas.
Before joining the Hub, Rawlings-Goss was with the National Science Foundation in the directorate of Computer and Information Science and Engineering (CISE-OAD) working on the Big Data research program, as well as Big Data policies and priority goals for the foundation. She worked with the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy to create the National Data Science Organizers Group, which facilitates data science groups to address national Grand Challenge problems. She sat on the NITRD interagency Big Data Senior Steering group charged with strategic planning for Big Data research funded by the federal government. Dr. Rawlings-Goss is a biophysicist where her research interests include data-driven analysis of genetic/expression variation among worldwide human populations.
