Robert Faletra is one of the top authorities in the IT channel and technology marketplace and often referred to as The Voice of (and for) the Channel. Bob brings a unique understanding of the technology marketplace, informed by 30 years of experience in all aspects of the channel. A dedicated advisor to technology suppliers (from start-ups to enterprises), Bob helps them conceptualize and build strategic channel initiatives and often meets with CEOs to discuss channel strategy. Bob has deep relationships in the solution provider community and also sits on the advisory board of several high tech start-ups, helping them formulate their go-to-market strategy.
Lisa MacKenzie is a seasoned executive with expertise in marketing, sales, product management and operations. Lisa was instrumental in The Channel Company's evolution from providing traditional media to offering a full portfolio of solutions and services. She brings her proven expertise to The Channel Company's extensive events portfolio - helping ensure that our events meet the evolving needs of our customers. Thanks to Lisa's leadership, The Channel Company attracts record audiences and receives high customer satisfaction scores. Lisa also repositioned our consulting, research and education offerings, resulting in increased profitability and new product launches.
Dan Dignam is an experienced media and IT channel executive who directs sales, strategy and operations for The Channel Company, among other responsibilities. Dan has a proven track record of launching successful new projects, extending brands through organic growth and acquisitions - and providing innovative solutions for customers. He is skilled at providing solutions for customers and driving significant revenue. Previously, Dan held strategic leadership positions in various media products of The Channel Company - managing editorial, marketing and sales.
Rob Wiseltier is responsible for all financial functions including financial planning, budgeting and reporting, business expansion initiatives, capital projects and day-to-day financial activities. Rob has a BS degree from Pace University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York. He brings more than 20 years of financial management experience to the challenges of managing a dynamic, growing organization.
Adelaide J. Reilly is responsible for the day-to-day technical and sales operations of CRN, which provides real-time news and analysis of the IT channel through online, print, and mobile apps. Adelaide is also responsible for managing Web-based events and custom sales and marketing programs to drive partner engagement and customer demand. With more than 20 years of experience in publishing and communications consulting, Adelaide has successfully delivered content marketing programs that enable B2B technology vendors to reach IT decision-makers and solution providers worldwide.
Robert C. DeMarzo is a channel veteran who helps solution providers and IT professionals analyze and solve the most complex issues facing their organizations. Bob manages the content needs and strategy for our Channel and IT Executive events, working closely with event sponsors and speakers to make sure their message and content inspire attendees. He spent more than two decades as a business technology journalist and publisher for the CRN and VARBusiness websites and magazines before turning his attention to the content needs and strategy for The Channel Company’s events business.
Lauren Goldstein is a media and channel marketing expert who has worked in IT marketing for more than 20 years, developing and selling channel marketing programs. In addition to helping companies accelerate sales through our Media, Event, Consulting, Sales and Marketing Services offerings, Lauren provides the senior management team with insights from the field to help inform product development and strategy. Lauren spent several years at Ziff Davis before joining CMP Media in 1995.
Bill Jones continually drives bottom-line performance for our events business. He leads a team of operations, customer service, venue planning and event systems that support The Channel Company’s renowned brands. Drawing from his extensive knowledge of the event and conference industry, Bill is responsible for new business development tools, profitable execution and custom engagements for the group. His event expertise spans launching and managing programs, including on-demand conferences, virtual events, live events, conferences, road shows and partner events.
Rick Bellan has dedicated his career to evaluating the solution provider community across the IT channel. He is responsible for day-to-day operations for PartnerDemand Services and manages ChannelBase, the most up-to-date and comprehensive database of organizations and contacts in the channel. Prior to The Channel Company, Rick was director of audience development at TechTarget, where he was responsible for the recruitment of IT professionals worldwide to attend technology-specific events.
Bob Skelley serves as The Channel Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Prior to his role as CEO, Bob led the company’s PartnerDemand Services group, providing demand generation and marketing services that drive revenue for both IT solution providers and vendors. Bob has over 20 years of experience in channel development, business development, sales and marketing. Prior to The Channel Company, Skelley held numerous channel executive positions including Vice President of Global Channels and Alliances for Infinio, Executive Director of North American Channel Sales for Dell, Global Vice President, Channel Strategy and Operations for EqualLogic and Director of U.S. Distribution and VAR Channel for Microsoft.
Jade Surrette is responsible for growing our PartnerDemand Services marketing capabilities, expanding partnerships with vendors and solution providers as well as optimizing program performance to yield the greatest return for our clients. With over 20 years in the channel, Jade drives innovative strategies to support the changing landscape of B2B marketing, technology and partner demand. Jade has led all aspects of marketing and vendor management with extensive experience in developing strategic initiatives to drive sales, increase profitability, support partner growth objectives, amplify customer value and garner high program investment return.
John Machado oversees strategy development, sales, marketing and operations for our IPED Consulting group. Over the course of his 15-year tenure at The Channel Company, he has held several sales and management positions supporting both strategic and tactical initiatives to drive channel growth. In his current role, he leads the IPED team in delivering consulting, research and training services that empower technology companies to increase and accelerate channel productivity. The team utilizes their extensive strategic and operational expertise to help customer organizations at every stage of the channel lifecycle develop robust go-to-market plans, effectively differentiate their partner programs, build compelling partner business value propositions and successfully execute these blueprints in the field.
Karen Newman is a versatile professional with a 20-plus year history of proven success building specialized marketing programs that drive sales. Karen brings extensive expertise in channel management, channel marketing, branding, demand generation, training, and strategic planning and development. She leads our organizational growth plans by vetting new solutions and services— including our fast-growing Managed Marketing Services offerings. Prior to The Channel Company, Karen spent her 12-plus year tenure in the technology industry on both the manufacturer and reseller sides of the table.
Erika McGrath is a dynamic HR executive with experience in all areas of HR, including talent management, recruitment and retention, performance management, organizational development, employee relations, learning and development, benefits and compensation. A proven strategic collaborator and business partner, Erika helps maximize the potential of our greatest asset—our people. Previously, Erika was with UBM for 15 years where one of her roles was leading HR for UBM Channel.
Adam Gusman is a corporate attorney with experience in a wide variety of commercial matters, from employment law to contract drafting. He brings a practical, business-friendly approach to solving legal problems. Adam began his career as an employment counselor and general litigator with Winston & Strawn LLP and then moved into private practice. Most recently, he was senior corporate counsel and chief compliance officer for a retail energy supplier.
Kim Sparks brings more than 20 years of extensive experience developing and leading channel marketing, marketing communications, product marketing and strategic alliance teams from high-tech startups to Fortune 500 firms. She leads our marketing team, developing strategy and executing marketing initiatives to drive demand, support business growth and profitability, and enhance brand equity and awareness. Kim drives the marketing road map and strategic vision for The Channel Company brand.
Mark Petter is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in IT applications and infrastructure management for various industries, including high-tech manufacturing, insurance and consulting firms. He has held leadership positions responsible for Web development, ERP systems, information security, and management of on-premise, hosted and cloud data centers.
