Kim Carlton is a director of Channel Marketing for Intel. She is responsible for the development and execution of the channel sales and marketing strategy.
Kim joined Intel in 2000 in Portland, OR and led a vertical industry marketing team in America’s Marketing Group. In late 2004, she moved to Chicago to take the role of the Global Market Development Manager for Motorola where she was responsible for all sales and marketing aspects of Intel’s global Motorola business and worked with Motorola to develop and launch the first Intel-based phone. Kim then held the role of Strategic Account Manager for targeted embedded customers and was responsible for achieving sales objectives by driving sales strategy and execution at top accounts. She also managed Intel’s External Sales Force calling on customers in the Great Lakes Region.
Prior to joining Intel, Kim worked at the former GTE, now Verizon, in Dallas, TX, where she led a team that managed multiple channels of distribution. Prior to GTE, Kim worked at AT&T Wireless as a Corporate Account Executive where she helped AT&T Wireless launch wireless service in Chicagoland and Target Corporation where she managed Target stores in the mid-west.
Kim obtained a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Retail Management with a concentration on Business Administration. Kim has been an active member of Intel’s WIN (Women at Intel Network) organization. She spent 3 years on the board and chaired the Speaker, Events and Member Action Committee for the organization. She also serves as part of a fundraising committee for The Elmhurst Memorial Hospital Foundation. And, is an active parent volunteer in her school district. Kim currently lives in Chicago, IL with her husband and 3 children.
Jessica Yeck serves as vice president of Vendor Solutions, Americas for Tech Data. In this role, she is responsible for the NetApp, Oracle, Veeam and Talari teams’ sales and marketing efforts, strategic direction, and long-term growth in North America, as well as managing Tech Data’s global relationship and initiatives with NetApp, for example, expanding FlexPod® solutions across the channel and Oracle. She joined Tech Data in February 2017 upon the completion of Tech Data’s acquisition of Avnet’s Technology Solutions division.
Previously, Yeck was vice president, strategic sales for Tech Data. In this role, she led a highly effective inside sales organization. Her responsibilities included strategic and financial analysis, development and implementation for the people and processes leveraging Tech Data’s competitive value proposition to achieve specific, focused solutions, products, services and sales objectives. Yeck also developed and nurtured key executive partner relationships in the development and execution of established sales programs, helping partners grow and succeed in the marketplace.
Yeck is a sales leader with over 20 years of industry experience increasing revenues, growing market share, and improving customer satisfaction through strategy development, execution and quota attainment. Prior to her roles with Tech Data, she worked in a variety of areas within Avnet, including the Embedded business, Solutions Marketing and Development, and Strategy. She also led the inside sales, configuration and presales support team for the HPE solutions business within Avnet Technology Solutions, Americas.
Yeck has been acknowledged by organization senior management for exceptional motivation, leadership and people development, and she establishes and promotes high-ROI relationships with partners, suppliers and employees. Based on her achievements and influence in the technology channel, Yeck has been recognized by the editors of CRN as one of the top Women of the Channel in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2018. She also had an active role with Avnet’s ATLAS program, focusing on global strategies and preparing leaders for global assignments.
Michelle Pas is Director of Channel Marketing & Global Programs with RSA, a Dell Technologies business. She has 25 years of experience in channel storage, information security, networking, and the telecommunications industries. Pas leads the strategic vision for channel marketing and programs at RSA. Her channel experience includes working with high tech leaders at Arrow, Safenet, Motorola and Sun Microsystems (StorageTek).
Dorothy Copeland has over 20 years in technology, with experience in sales, marketing, business development and partner ecosystem leadership. She joined IBM in May 2017 to lead the North America Business Partner organization. She's focused driving partnering innovation and increasing partners’ sales engagement with the IBM field teams. By utilizing IBM’s broad technology, partners can solve any client’s business challenges and build new revenue-generating offerings for customers. Prior to IBM, she led Amazon Web Services (AWS) Global Partner Programs, including the AWS Partner Network, AWS Channel Reseller Program, AWS Managed Service Provider Program, and AWS Competency Program. She designed one of the industry’s first cloud infrastructure channel programs, generating significant revenue across thousands of partners. Prior to AWS, she was the VP of Business & Ecosystem Development for the San Francisco-based security start-up, Cloudmark (now owned by Proofpoint). She also held business development and sales roles at a server management provider, Avocent (now owned by Emerson). She started her career in marketing at storage provider, ADIC (now owned by Quantum). Throughout her career, Dorothy has demonstrated a passion for building out new partnerships and programs, and leading diverse and high-performing teams.
Andrea Ayala is Datto’s Channel Engagement Manager, working directly with global vendor partners within the channel to grow their relationships. Over the course of the year, Andrea has managed over 150 world-wide partner events,securing sponsorships and deliverables for all. Andrea is particularly proud of building out Datto’s Developer Integration program and launching a vendor webinar series. With a background in Social Work, Andrea loves meeting new faces and growing strategic partnerships. Outside of her Engagement Manager duties, Andrea loves travelling the world with her husband, eating great food and teaching Zumba.
Margaret-Ann Bolton serves as Senior Director, Global Partner Marketing at Red Hat and is responsible for marketing programs to grow Red Hat’s OpenSource business through an ecosystem of partners. She has over 25 years experience in the IT industry encompassing strategic planning, direct and indirect sales, alliance development, worldwide partner and channel marketing and go-to-market execution.
Ms. Bolton joined Red Hat in 2011 as Senior Director of Integrated Field Marketing. In the five years she has been at Red Hat, she has unified global partner marketing into a high-performing organization delivering marketing and sales programs for Red Hat’s expanding partner ecosystem. Driving 70% of Red Hat's revenue, these partners include ISVs, OEMs, systems integrators, solutions providers, distributors and cloud service providers. Her areas of expertise are OpenSource business models, solutions design and marketing, co-branded demand generation programs and delivering scalable partner programs and tools. A passionate advocate for partners and OpenSource technologies, Ms. Bolton recently championed the redesign and relaunch of Red Hat's partner portal to enable a more capable and productive partner ecosystem extending reach and relevancy for Red Hat's complete portfolio.
Prior to Red Hat Ms. Bolton held executive positions across multiple disciplines including direct and indirect sales, engineering, services, product management, and product marketing with global technology companies including EMC, HP, and Sun Microsystems. She has been recognized as a CRN Woman of the Channel in 2013, 2014, and 2015 and as a CRN Channel Chief in 2014, and 2015 which acknowledges top channel leaders for their accomplishments and impact on the technology industry.
Ms. Bolton earned her undergraduate degree from Union College in Schenectady, New York and her masters degree in business administration from the University of New Hampshire. She is married with two children and an avid runner and outsdoorsman.
Donna joined Future Tech Enterprise, Inc in August of 2017 and is responsible for leading their sales and marketing teams. She has over 20 years of IT sales and management experience and has joined Future Tech from her most recent role as a Channel National Account Manager for Dell EMC. During her 10 years at Dell EMC she was recognized as Account Executive of the Year in the public customer segment and received multiple awards as Channel Account Manager of the Year. Prior to joining Dell EMC, Donna held sales and management positions for a major Long Island systems integrator where she led many successful public-sector projects for New York City government agencies. Donna’s “lead by example” management style allows her to build high performance teams that focus on helping customers achieve their goals. Donna is passionate about the opportunities available in the field of technology for women and is actively involved in mentoring both women and students, encouraging them to pursue careers in this fast-growing industry.
Wendy Hoey is the Director of Distribution and Vendor Alliances at Optiv. Wendy is a dynamic and technically-savvy channel executive leader with demonstrated experience in channel account management, strategic channel marketing, and channel partner development within the IT Security Industry. Exemplary record of delivering and sustaining revenue and profit gains within highly competitive B2B and B2C vertical markets.
Megan has over 20 years of experience building and leading channel sales and marketing initiatives within the IT industry. Currently, Megan is responsible for Pure Storage’s Global Partner Programs. Leading their strategy and efforts to identify, build & execute innovative partner programs in the ever- changing channel landscape.
Prior to this role Megan led global channel marketing for Gigamon, implementing their first partner program, MDF strategy and field marketing initiatives. Before that she spent 5 years running partner programs and enablement for Riverbed which included global communications, partner portal, training and demand gen. Early in career Megan was a quota carrying account manager in both vendor and reseller companies.
Megan is a graduate of Washington State University with a degree in History and Political Science. Her outside the office titles include; wife, sister, mimi to a pack of shorties, favorite human to a pack of Labradors, runner, cyclist, volunteer, & adventurer.
Leanne Scott-Williams is the Vice President of Services Development. She leads the Service Development initiative for Dimension Data Americas, ensuring market relevant support and managed services are available to craft solutions that meet client needs. Leanne has been with Dimension Data for over 14 years in a variety of roles including Learning and Development, HR Director, Director of M&A, Vice President Cloud Operations, Vice President Strategic Programs, Vice President Managed Services and is now aligned with the Americas Go to Market team.
Prior to joining Dimension Data, Leanne worked for Microsoft for 9 years with a primary focus on Business Development in the Education market in South Africa. Before joining Microsoft, Leanne worked for a Market Research organization as a project manager, research analyst and SAS programmer.
Leanne holds a Bachelors’ degree in Geography from the University of Witwatersrand and additional major in Information Systems from the University of South Africa. She was recognized in 2017 Women of the Channel for her contributions to her industry.
Calista's career started at Tech Data where she spent eight years mostly running the HP Enterprise business where she was leading strategy through sales, engineering, and product management. After leaving Tech Data, Calista joined Vology, a Solution provider/ MSP in the Tampa area as Director of Vendor Strategy and Marketing. For the past four years she has built Vology’s vendor management organization to drive partnership and innovation through their offerings and was also responsible for managing the solution architect team and the Marketing Organization. Calista joined Microsoft as Partner Executive – US Distribution and now the Sr. Partner Development Manager, responsible for the creation and execution of joint Sales strategy and plans as well as insuring a strong partnership to achieve joint success in driving our mutual cloud strategies.
Marie Rourke is recognized for her straightforward, business-minded approach to channel marketing, PR and communications. As the founder of WhiteFox and the voice behind @ChannelPR, Marie is an accomplished and influential PR strategist who knows the ins and outs of the IT channel. Under Marie's leadership, WhiteFox plays an integral, behind-the-scenes role within the sales and marketing teams of high-profile technology companies, emerging and established IT vendors, solution providers and MSPs. Previously, Marie served as the North America spokesperson and lead media strategist for Ingram Micro. Earlier in her career, Marie worked for top PR agencies including Roberts Mealer and Creamer Dickson Basford.
Pam Johansen, serves as Sr. Director, Sales Ecosystem for BMC. In this role, she is responsible for global ecosystem programs, operations for VAR, ISD, GOSI, & renewals. Johansen is an innovative senior leader and ecosystem champion acknowledged for her expertise in VARs, distribution, SaaS, OEMs, global outsourcing companies and system integrators. Johansen's achievements in the channel include recognition by the editors of CRN as one of the Power 100: Women of the Channel from 2009–2017 and channel program recognition for the CRN 5-Star Partner Program from 2006-2017.
Meredith Scheraldi is the Manager of Strategic Programs for Arrow Electronics, currently overseeing all strategic planning, content, and execution for Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions business area events. Since joining Arrow Electronics, she has successfully implemented a number of strategic measures that have helped the company secure market share and expand Arrow Electronics as a brand. She established a clear cadence of communications across business units and leadership for programs and events. Other roles at Arrow Electronics included business development marketing and field marketing.
Meredith earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Cabrini University and is currently a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP). Before joining Arrow Electronics, she has held several high-profile channel positions and offered her expertise in various capacities. She has lead global teams focused on field and channel marketing, marketing communications, channel marketing promotions, program development, and channel event management. Meredith was named on the “Women of the Channel” list as well as the “Women of the Channel Up and Comers.”
Meredith has more than three decades of experience working with partners, suppliers, and distribution marketing for the creation and management of channel and field marketing strategies, programs, and events. She has also held leadership roles at Symantec, Imperva, and VERITAS, where she was responsible for managing channel programs and events.
Through the years, Meredith has earned a reputation for delivering unparalleled excellence covering areas including marketing strategy, program development, communications, and execution. Meredith lives in Florida with her husband and daughter.
Tina is responsible for the office of the CIO (OCIO). This is cross-functional and cuts across the enterprise globally and includes strategy, governance, portfolio management, IT marketing and communications, Enterprise Architecture, Innovation and Change Management. She is responsible to enable a consistent and strategic approach to digitalization across the enterprise, while ensuring that the IT organization has the capabilities to be a key player in digital business transformation. In addition to the OCIO responsibilities, Tina is the IT Executive who oversees the Enterprise Data Platforms and is the senior executive responsible for value creation from the use of the organization's internal data assets, as well as the external data ecosystem. This includes value creation through envisioning data enabled strategies as well as enabling enterprise business goals through data and analytics, governance, enterprise information policies, and regulatory, legal and ethical compliance. Tina is accountable for selection and implementation of all analytics platforms, applications and technologies. Tina serves as a member of the Corporate IT Leadership governance body and facilitates the corporate governance processes within the IT Architecture, Portfolio Planning, Enterprise Information Management, Vendor Management and Continuous Improvement organization in accordance with Amway’s strategic initiatives. She establishes and maintains relationships across all 4 regions globally, to ensure effective execution. Collaborates with the Corporate & Regional Executive Staff and Global IT leaders as needed to carry out assigned responsibilities. Tina holds a BA in Computer Information Systems from Aquinas College. She holds membership seats on Inforum and Amway’s Women’s Inclusion Network as an advocate of advancing diversity in technology.
Sarika Garg is the Chief Strategy Officer at Tradeshift where she leads corporate strategy, brand and marketing. Sarika is passionate about networked SaaS businesses and has spent her career building products that connect supply chains over the cloud. She was also SVP and GM for the marketplaces business at Tradeshift. Sarika started her career at SAP and Ariba. She attributes her success to living across the world growing up in Africa and studying and working in India and Germany. She is an active angel investor and advisor to startups, and mentors young and upcoming leaders.
Christina Bassani, managing partner at UTC Partners, is a Certified Professional Coach committed to coaching leaders and high-potential team members to drive powerful and productive results. Bassani offers leaders personalized development plans to grow their impact and drive powerful results through challenging business environments. She is passionate about giving leaders the tools they need to lead with character and confidence. Michele Thornton Ghee is a visionary with 20 years of experience in corporate America and has managed over $1 billion in revenue for some of the biggest media companies in the world. Thornton Ghee currently serves as the EVP of business development for Endeavor Global Marketing, part of the Endeavor network which includes talent agency WME, fashion and sports pioneer IMG, UFC, among others. She and her team work to help brands better leverage cultural relevance of the world around them while creating programs that connect to consumers while delivering measurable brand and business value. Previously she was SVP of media sales for BET Her (formerly Centric TV), a 24-hour African American lifestyle network designed for black women. There she oversaw execution of all sales functions for the network. She was instrumental in the rebranding of Centric as ‘The First Network Designed for Black Women’ and then again into BET Her. Ghee has worked for CNN, A&E, The History Channel and The Weather Channel. She began her career at SBC Communications. Over a 20-year career she has honed her skills in the following areas: leadership, culture, strategy, revenue generation, and relationship building.
Brooke Cunningham, AVP, Global Partner Programs & Operations for Splunk, is an industry-recognized marketing leader with a unique blend of expertise in all aspects of global channel and SME marketing management. She has experience driving direct and indirect sales channel growth in global and field leadership roles. Sarah Thomas changed the game in the world’s most quintessential male-dominated sport—football—when she became the first female NFL official. Now she’s inspiring others to dream big and believe anything is possible.
Officiating her first game September 13, 2015 between the Kansas City Chiefs and Houston Texans, Sarah’s hat, whistle, and flag are now on display at the NFL Hall of Fame and serve as a testament to this historic achievement. Leda Csanka has spent more than thirty years in technology and the financial services industry, ten of those years as a CIO, CTO, and independent consultant/business owner. She has successfully led two corporate spin-offs to become IT organizations for standalone companies. XCsan first opportunity to drive one of these efforts was as a newly "minted" CIO promoted from middle management at ING and selected to be one of twelve executives asked to sell and lead three of the broker/dealer firms through the sale and divestiture process. The second time around leading a spin-off, she was a seasoned executive turned independent consultant leveraging her experience to bring best practices to the effort.
Csanka has a program management background and has been responsible for leading programs as large as $35 million and up to 150 people across multiple physical locations. She has extensive experience in staffing and creating teams to implement strategic projects and a proven ability to lead the strategic planning and technical road-mapping process for a 900-employee organization.
Her passion is to share the lessons of technology leadership from the perspective of someone who learned the hard way, in day-to-day combat in the trenches, with the team, successfully executing hundreds of projects through shifting priorities and the changing demands of the corporate world.

She is a speaker, consultant, and executive coach available to help clients and transform their organization through change. Announcing the Women of the Channel Leadership Summit West’s 2019 Channel@Work Charity Project ─ Shelter From The Storm
Channel@Work is the charitable arm of The Channel Company, producer of the Women of the Channel Leadership Summits. The Channel@Work projects in which the events’ team and conference attendees participate are designed to bring the IT community together and give back to the local communities where our events take place.
Shelter From The Storm is the Coachella Valley’s only comprehensive domestic victim assistance service and shelter provider organization. Its purpose is to provide support, prevent violence, and promote justice for victims of crime and abuse, their families and communities. Since its inception in 1993, the shelter has seen tremendous growth, providing safety, counseling, case management, and legal and social service advocacy for more than 1,200 women and children each year. On an annual basis, it provides more than 1,000 nights of emergency shelter and serves more than 2,000 meals to its residents.
Over the course of the Women of the Channel Leadership Summit West, we will be collecting the following “Wish List” items from our Summit attendees to be donated to Shelter From The Storm. All onsite donations can be dropped off at the Registration Desk throughout the event.
