Ms. Bolton joined Red Hat in 2011 as Senior Director of Integrated Field Marketing. In the five years she has been at Red Hat, she has unified global partner marketing into a high-performing organization delivering marketing and sales programs for Red Hat’s expanding partner ecosystem. Driving 70% of Red Hat's revenue, these partners include ISVs, OEMs, systems integrators, solutions providers, distributors and cloud service providers. Her areas of expertise are OpenSource business models, solutions design and marketing, co-branded demand generation programs and delivering scalable partner programs and tools. A passionate advocate for partners and OpenSource technologies, Ms. Bolton recently championed the redesign and relaunch of Red Hat's partner portal to enable a more capable and productive partner ecosystem extending reach and relevancy for Red Hat's complete portfolio.
Prior to Red Hat Ms. Bolton held executive positions across multiple disciplines including direct and indirect sales, engineering, services, product management, and product marketing with global technology companies including EMC, HP, and Sun Microsystems. She has been recognized as a CRN Woman of the Channel in 2013, 2014, and 2015 and as a CRN Channel Chief in 2014, and 2015 which acknowledges top channel leaders for their accomplishments and impact on the technology industry.
Ms. Bolton earned her undergraduate degree from Union College in Schenectady, New York and her masters degree in business administration from the University of New Hampshire. She is married with two children and an avid runner and outsdoorsman.

Dorothy Copeland

Stephanie Dismore
Vice President and General Manager, Americas Channels, HP Inc.Stephanie Dismore is vice president and general manager, Americas Channels, at HP Inc. In this role, Dismore is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of HP’s commercial and consumer channel sales in the U.S., spanning distribution, national solution providers, regional VARs, public sector, and SMB partners in the commercial channel, as well as retail partners in consumer electronics, office product super stores, regional retails, e-tail and specialty channels. During her 18-year tenure at HP, Dismore has held a variety of leadership positions in sales, marketing and channel roles. Most recently, she served as vice president and general manager of the Americas commercial channel with primary responsibility for HP’s U.S. commercial channel business and Americas channel partner development and programs. Prior to that, Dismore led the U.S. consumer business where she was responsible for the development of go-to-market sales strategies for HP’s retail and online channels.

Dawn Duross

Dawn Duross is currently a Senior Director in Cisco’s Global & Strategic Partner Organization, responsible for managing a portfolio of Cisco’s global partnerships including Deloitte, Microsoft, SAP, Citrix and Apple. Duross and her team drive executive alignment, partner strategy, and Go to Market activities with these firms to drive business outcomes in key technology areas such as Data Center, Cloud, and Collaboration.
Previously at Cisco, Duross was the Senior Director of Cisco’s US Public Sector & Solution Integrator Partner Organization, where she was responsible for working with a broad set of complex, multidimensional partners to meet the needs of private and public sector customers. Additionally, she was the Operations Director for federal channels and government system integrators, responsible for the global strategy and management of Cisco’s federal partnerships.
Duross has led Cisco’s Global Government SI Council. She has served on the Cisco Gender Diversity Operating Committee and has been co-host of the Women’s Channel Leadership Conference.
Prior to joining Cisco, Duross was Director of Federal Sales for Thinking Machines Corporation, a supercomputer manufacturer. She also held account executive and business development positions at Oracle Corporation and Hewlett Packard. Duross has also been an industry analyst at IDC covering emerging technologies.
In 2010, Duross was one of CRN’s Top Women in the Channel. In 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2010, Duross was listed among the 50 Most Powerful Women of the Channel by Everything Channel (formerly CMP Channel). She is a graduate of University of Rhode Island and received her Master’s degree from Michigan State University. In 2013, she was named by the ANA/Internationalist Magazine as one of Today’s Top 100 Global Marketing Leaders. Giffault began her career at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising in the world of cookies with Nabisco, Old Spice and Hanes. Prior to Hasbro, Giffault led the global Communications team at United Technologies Corp., and introduced texting and digital services to consumers with AT&T Wireless leading the U.S. team.
Giffault has her own in-house focus group of triplet girls and lives with her husband and dogs in Mystic, Conn. She gets inspiration from her teenagers and finds herself in a flow state solving problems when she is sailing with her family in Fisher’s Island Sound, cooking new recipes, or digging up the weeds in her gardens.

Jack Halberstam
Professor, Columbia UniversityJack Halberstam is a professor of Gender Studies and English at Columbia University. Halberstam is the author of five books including: Skin Shows: Gothic Horror and the Technology of Monsters, Female Masculinity, In A Queer Time and Place, The Queer Art of Failure and Gaga Feminism: Sex, Gender, and the End of Normal and has written articles that have appeared in numerous journals, magazines and collections. Halberstam has co-edited a number of anthologies including Posthuman Bodies with Ira Livingston and a special issue of Social Text with Jose Munoz and David Eng titled “What’s Queer About Queer Studies Now?” Jack is a popular speaker and gives lectures around the country and internationally every year. Lecture topics include: queer failure, sex and media, subcultures, visual culture, gender variance, popular film, animation. Halberstam is currently working on several projects including a book titled WILD THING on queer anarchy, performance and protest culture, the visual representation of anarchy and the intersections between animality, the human and the environment. Halberstam is also finishing up a short book titled Trans* for UC Press, forthcoming in 2017

Deena LaMarque Piquion
Vice President and General Manager, Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) Region, Tech DataDeena LaMarque Piquion serves as the vice president and general manager of Tech Data’s Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region. She is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of all sales, marketing, and operational functions including the in-country subsidiaries and the Miami Export operations. LaMarque Piquion and her team are dedicated to capturing the end-to-end opportunities that exist for Tech Data’s vendor partners and customers in the region.
LaMarque Piquion began her career in the IT distribution industry with Tech Data, joining as an MBA rotational associate in 2000. She worked under the guidance of the president of Latin America at the time on strategic projects throughout the region. In 2001, she was promoted to manager of operations where she assisted the director of operations on pricing, purchasing, capacity planning and productivity projects throughout the Latin America region. LaMarque Piquion brought Tech Data policies, procedures, tools and culture to the in-country Latin America subsidiaries. In 2006, she moved to the commercial side of the distribution business, managing the Latin America product management team and vendor relationships. In 2011, LaMarque Piquion was appointed director, marketing for Tech Data’s LA export division, where in addition to managing the LA export marketing team she also served as acting director of sales. In 2016, LaMarque Piquion was appointed vice president, sales and marketing, Latin America Export, and in 2017 her role expanded to include the entire LAC region.
