Chad Hodges

Chad is a native of Sacramento, Ca. and a father to three amazing and talented children. He joined the Marine Corps in 1995, serving around the world as part the Marine Corps Marine Expeditionary Forces. During service to his nation, Chad returned to school, earning a degree in Computer Applications and Networks from Coleman College, San Diego, Calif. In 2001, he returned to Sacramento to pursue a career in IT consulting.
Driven by a mission to share knowledge and empower his peers to recognize their full potential, Chad has been Vice President of Business Development at Enterprise Networking Solutions, Inc., since joining the business in 2006. As a skilled and diligent Project Manager and Systems Engineer in infrastructure technologies, Chad leverages more than 18 years of experience assessing needs, gathering requirements, and deploying systems in an Enterprise environment. Today, ENS-Inc, is an instrumental partner with the State of California, working to increase efficiency in IT by leveraging technology to do more, while reducing costs and increasing productivity.

Doug Robinson serves as executive director for the National Association of State Chief Information Officers (NASCIO). Representing state CIOs and information technology executives, NASCIO is the premier network and resource for state CIOs and an advocate for information technology at all levels of government.
Robinson is responsible for the overall executive management of the association including strategic planning, policy execution, government affairs, partnerships, emerging issues, and board and committee oversight. He is a frequent speaker, panelist, and author representing NASCIO issues, state CIOs, emerging trends, and state government IT. In addition, he represents NASCIO on several national boards, committees, and advisory groups.

Al Gordon serves as CEO of NSI. Mr. Gordon has helped companies successfully navigate the complexities of procurement, legislative and regulatory issues in the state and local government market. Under his leadership, NSI has helped generate over $7.3 billion in new revenue, and execute successful legislative and regulatory programs, for its clients. Mr. Gordon leads all business development efforts for NSI, building and maintaining NSI's private equity and venture capital relationships for the firm. Mr. Gordon is responsible for the private equity investment for the firm, which has contributed to significant growth and momentum for NSI, over 300 percent over the past two years.
Vennard Wright
CIO, Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC)
Vennard Wright (PMP, ITIL Practitioner) is currently the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC). As CIO, he provides the requisite leadership to transform the management of information technology (IT) capabilities and services to support WSSC’s mission of providing world class service to more than 1.8 million residents. In this role he is responsible for leading a client-focused and process-based organization that is fiscally responsible, consisting of WSSC staff, consultants, and implementation support organizations.
Prior to joining WSSC, his professional IT experience included serving as CIO for Prince George’s County Government (MD), Director of Technology for Hillary Clinton during her successful US Senate re-election campaign and subsequent 2008 Presidential Campaign. He was also Chief Technology Officer and Technical Organization Delivery Manager for Electronic Data Systems (EDS), which was subsequently acquired by Hewlett Packard (HP).
