Heather Colella

Keith Collins
CIO, SASKeith Collins directed R&D at SAS for most of his career, including 13 years as chief technology officer. His latest charter is to redefine the role of IT from tactical to strategic, and to accelerate SAS in cloud computing. Collins, a graduate of North Carolina State University in computer science, is a founding member of the computer science department’s strategic advisory board. In 2003, NC State named him a Distinguished Engineering Alumnus. Collins is an adviser for Bull City Venture Partners and a patron of the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences.

Thomas DelVecchio

DelVecchio has spent the last decade in the enterprise technology space between both research and investment. Over the last five years, he organically built a highly-engaged enterprise CIO community and survey respondent sample in excess of 3,500 globally. James Kenner

Tony Lagera
Business Manager, Software-defined storage and Hyper-converged solutions, HPELagera has more than 25 years of industry experience with a storage focus over the last 18. He joined Hewlett Packard with the acquisition of LeftHand Networks in 2008 when their software became the basis for HP E’s software-defined storage and hyper-converged strategy. Lagera started with LeftHand Networks in August 2005 and began his career in the telecom industry in the 1980s as a developer and eventual CIO.
Jeanette Lee
Director of Global Field Sales Enablement, Ruckus WirelessJeanette Lee is Director of Systems Engineering for the Americas at Ruckus Wireless. She oversees a team of pre-sales engineers dedicated to designing the best Wi-Fi solutions on the planet. Tony Leng

Previously, Tony was Managing Partner of Hodge Partners. Alan Nafziger
Vice President of IT, Impact TelecomAs VP of IT for Impact Telecom, Alan Nafziger is responsible for setting strategic direction for corporate infrastructure and business applications. He also manages application development, database, production and infrastructure teams. Nafziger was also accountable for integrating systems and consolidating data centers during Impact Telecom’s merger with TNCI where he served as IT director. Duy Nguyen

Brian Reed

Before joining Gartner, Mr. Reed worked in a variety of product management and business development roles. Most recently, he worked at Lastline, where he was responsible for technical alliances and partnerships. Prior to Lastline, he was part of the Advanced Malware team at Sourcefire, which was acquired by Cisco Systems.
Daron Roberts
Founding Director, Center for Sports Leadership & Innovation, University of TexasDaron K. Roberts (@CoachDKR) is the founding director of the Center for Sports Leadership & Innovation at the University of Texas. He spent seven years as an NFL and college football coach after graduating from Harvard Law School. He has been featured in ESPN the Magazine, Bloomberg Businessweek and Sports Illustrated. As a lecturer at The University of Texas, Roberts focuses on teaching leadership to nearly 300 students each year. His courses: “Leadership Strategy in Sports,” “Disruptive Innovation in Sports,” “Weaponry of Words” and “A Game Plan for Winning at Life,” are highly sought after.
In the fall, before his third year at Harvard Law School, Roberts decided to pursue a career in football coaching and wrote letters to college and professional football teams. The NFL’s Kansas City Chiefs offered Roberts a training camp internship. He leveraged that unpaid position into an assistant coaching position. From Kansas City, Roberts went on to coach with the Detroit Lions, West Virginia Mountaineers and Cleveland Browns.

Marty Sanders
SVP, Americas Sales, HPE SimpliVityAs the Vice President of the Americas, Marty is responsible for overseeing all sales and go-to-market activities in both North and South America.
Prior to HPE SimpliVity, Marty was the Vice President at EMC where major responsibilities included managing North American sales and support, maintaining executive relationships with EMC’s largest global accounts, and delivering exceptional customer loyalty skills. He was also the CEO for both Chet Holmes International and Going Green Solar where he led the organizations to impressive revenue growth.

Lynden Tennison
SVP & CIO, Union PacificLynden Tennison was named senior vice president and chief information officer of Union Pacific Corporation in February 2005. In his position, Tennison is responsible for organizing and managing the development, implementation and operation of Union Pacific Railroad’s information and telecommunications technologies.
Before his promotion, Tennison was vice president of Information Technologies and chief technology officer for Union Pacific Railroad. Tennison was named to that position in 2001 and had responsibility for the application systems and architectures for the entire company. From 1998 through 2001, Tennison was president and chief executive officer of Nexterna, a technology subsidiary of Union Pacific. Nexterna develops applications and hardware solutions for the mobile asset marketplace.
Prior to joining Union Pacific in 1992, Lynden spent five years with American Airlines’ SABRE division and was responsible for the Knowledge Systems organization. From 1979 through 1987, Lynden worked on various management and technical capacities for AT&T and Southwestern Bell Telephone.
Brian Watson
Co-Head, CIO Networks, Metis Strategy, Author, Confessions of a Successful CIOBrian P. Watson is an author, speaker and contributor to a wide array of business/technology outlets focused on IT leadership and the CIO role. He currently serves as Co-Head, CIO Networks at Metis Strategy, a business and technology strategy consulting firm.
Watson is the author of Confessions of a Successful CIO: How the Best CIOs Tackle Their Toughest Business Challenges (Wiley, March 2014), and writes profiles of elite IT leaders for CIO.com.
Previously, he served as Editor in Chief of CIO Insight. Brian has also contributed analysis and reporting to various IT leadership publications, and has delivered keynotes and moderated panels at various CIO-themed conferences.
Outside of his writing, speaking and IT leadership analysis activities, Brian has also served as Director of Business Outreach for Workforce Opportunity Services, a 501c3 nonprofit that trains talented military veterans and young adults for careers in the private sector. More recently, he was Executive Director at iRise, where he oversaw thought leadership events and programs for IT executives.
Brian earned a Bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University and a Master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. He lives in Fairfield County, CT, with his wife and son.
